The apartment, situated just 50m from the lovely Blue Flag Gyllyngvase Beach, features its own private courtyard with stunning views of Falmouth Bay. There are two reserved parking bays in the adjacent private car park. Dolphins is within easy walking distance of Falmouth town centre. Just across from the beach is a handy local Co-op.
The front of the apartment is a light spacious conservatory with comfortable seating leading to a fully equipped kitchen diner, including a washing machine, fridge freezer, hob with oven and microwave. The dining area then leads to the king-size double bedroom and shower room. The bedroom has a flat screen TV with Freesat Box.
French doors from the conservatory lead to the snug second seating area, which has a comfortable sofa and easy chairs together with a Smart TV and a DVD player. Leading from the snug is a bedroom which can be configured as either a twin room or a double room with a super-king size bed. There is also another separate shower room.
The apartment is ideal for two couples or a family of four. The private courtyard is a lovely space to sit and relax but is also practical with a washing line and outside tap to wash off those sandy feet and buckets and spades.
The location is perfect for water sport lovers. The Blue Flag Gyllyngvase Beach offers safe swimming waters as well as Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP), Kayak and Wet Suit hire. Just go for a dip before taking the two minute walk back to Dolphins Apartment for a nice shower and replenish. Dolphins is available for short breaks in the off peak season and weekly holidays with a Friday change over day in the Summer months.
Falmouth Sea Front and the lovely, Blue Flag Gyllyngvase Beach are literally just the other side of the road from the Dolphins Apartment. Just check out the beach from the apartment and then stroll over the road for a swim or take a relaxing evening stroll along the Sea Front.
